You need to ensure you review the Terms from time to time. In using our Website and App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as any and all general terms and conditions and privacy policy posted on our website from time to time.
Any amended Terms will take effect from the next time you view or use our website. If you do not agree with the amendments or our Terms at any time, then you must immediately stop using our Website and App. Your continued use of the Website and App is subject to our current Terms as amended from time to time.
"Events" means any of our promotional activities, including educational seminars, or talks by professionals in the industry or other activities and events organised by us.
"Member" and "you" means any user that signs up and creates a membership account.
"Our Services" means our mortgage services, financial services and real estate marketing & investment services, or any other service made available by us through a referral relationship or otherwise.
"Points" means the points earned by you by participating in our events, using our services or making referrals.
"Promotion" means any promotion or promotional activity organised and executed by us and/or by our associates and partner businesses.
"Referrals" means any referral of another person to use Our Services which results in a new member for Reliiance Rewards or a new client for our businesses.
"Rewards" means services, products, discounts, offers, activities, gift cards, experiences, and holidays or other rewards. These may include jet boat rides, harbour bridge climb, holiday resort stays, movie tickets, dinner vouchers, gift cards and other rewards which are determined at our discretion.
“Redemption” means exchanging points earned with applicable Rewards.
“We”, “us” means [www.Reliiancerewards.com.au and Reliiance Rewards Android or iPhone App] ................. includes all directors, employees and contractors.
"Website" means www.Reliiancerewards.com.au
“App” means Reliiance Rewards Android or iPhone App
‘Third Party’ means any business other than Reliiance Rewards which you may deal with, in course of attending Events or redeeming Rewards.
To use our Website and App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You can earn Points by using our Services, attending our Events, or making Referrals. As a Member we will send you invitations to attend our Events, we will also send you promotional material. We will allocate Points to you within 15 days from the date of the Service, Event or Referral. There is no limit to how many Events you can participate in. There is also no limit in the number of new clients you make Referrals for, or how many times you use our Services.
When you log in to your membership account you will be able to see the Points you have earned, and the applicable Rewards available to you. You may then redeem your Points in exchange with an applicable Reward from the selection offered to you. If eligible, you can use your Points to redeem more than one Reward or multiples of the same Reward. Points are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferrable and cannot be sold. Points are only redeemable by the relevant Member.
A Member's Points cannot be combined with any other Member's Points for redemption.
Any Points awarded to you in error may be deducted from your account at our discretion. Validity of the Reward usage will be determined by the provider of the Reward.
We do not exchange or refund Rewards for anything else, including for cash or gift cards.
We are not responsible for and accept no liability for any particular Event or Reward. You agree to attend any Events or redeem Rewards at your own risk.
WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME: We have the right to terminate your Membership for any reason, at any time. You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the website with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating our relationship and may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to disclose your name and any other personal details to any law enforcement authority or other competent authority or to any person for the purpose of legal proceedings, prosecution, investigation or any breach, alleged breach of the law or these Terms.
We may also cancel your Membership and terminate your use and access to the website if we receive complaints that you are misusing, abusing or otherwise violating these Terms or general good faith in the use of our Services.
You may also cancel or terminate your account at any time by giving us written notice at membership@Reliiancerewards.com.au
Upon such termination, regardless of the reasons, your right to use the website immediately ceases and you acknowledge and agree we may immediately deactivate or delete your membership account and all related information and files. Any Points you may have accumulated will be deleted and will not be redeemable or transferrable. We may also bar you from any further access to our website. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension. We are in no way responsible for providing any Rewards, or a refund for any Services as a result of any breach of these Terms, illegal activity or otherwise.
Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions you agree that we may send you direct marketing communications and tailored advertising via various channels and media (including, without limitation, by email, SMS, phone, mail, or via ads on social media) where you have not opted out from receiving such communications and advertising via those channels or media. Your agreement is deemed to be effective until such time as you opt out of receiving direct marketing or tailored advertising via the relevant channel or media.
You may opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications (including opting-out of receiving such communications through certain media, or opting-out of receiving direct marketing communications via certain channels) by informing us by email. In the case of certain electronic direct marketing communications (including email or SMS), you may also use the opt-out/unsubscribe facility we provide in that communication.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to remove, delete, alter or amend any content on our website. This includes modification of Events, Rewards, or Points associated with a Reward. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification when it is required.
We make no warranty that the website and Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis. We will use our best endeavours to ensure the website is always available and virus free but from time-to-time, and in some instances, this may not be the case as it may be out of our immediate control. We will endeavour to notify you if the website becomes unavailable for any lengthy and unusual time period.
You agree and acknowledge that the website uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary software, hardware, service and storage.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Terms and Conditions at any time.
We will give advance notice of any such circumstance on our Website and App and a copy of the revised Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website.
As part of the Reliiance Rewards App, you may from time to time receive updates to the App which may be automatically downloaded and installed to your device. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements or improvements, or entirely new versions of the Reliiance Rewards App. You agree that we may automatically deliver such updates to you and you shall receive and install them as required.
Certain Content, components or features of our Website and App may include materials from third parties and/or hyperlinks to other web sites, resources or Content, including web sites, Content and material. We have no control over such third-party sites and/or materials, you acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the availability of such sites or resources, and that We do not endorse or warrant the accuracy of any such sites or resources, and shall in no way be liable or responsible for any Content, advertising, products or materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any damages you incur or allege to have incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of your use and/or reliance upon any such Content, advertising, products or materials on or available from such sites or resources.

You assume all risk in using the Services and we cannot be liable for your use of or reliance on any Services. While we endeavour to keep the website up-to-date and correct, we make no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to any of the Services for any particular purpose and provide it for your informational purposes only. To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum liability to you will be limited to the cost incurred by you to attend the Events.
Members may redeem any Reward they are eligible for via our Website or App. We have no control over the delivery of Rewards, and therefore you agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your participation. Your use of redeemed Rewards is governed by the specific terms and conditions of the respective Third Party as shown on the Third Party's web site. Since you are bound to the Third Party's terms and conditions, you should read them before proceeding with use of the redeemed Reward.
In addition, we are not responsible for any actions or inaction of any third party associated with the venue or mode of delivery of the Reward, any food or alcohol consumed, any loss or damage that occurs whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental related to any Reward.
To redeem any Reward, your points must accrue from using at least two of our 3 services/programs - Events, Financial Services and Referrals.
To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum liability to you will be limited to the amount of Points used by you for your participation in the Reward.

You acknowledge and agree that Reliiance Rewards is a complimentary Service to enable you to enjoy various benefits in the way of Rewards. If you have any dispute in relation to the amount of Points you have accrued, or any other complaint, please email us here membership@Reliiancerewards.com.au. Whilst we will endeavour to resolve disputes quickly and satisfactorily, in the event a dispute is not resolved, then you agree not to take further action.
All custom graphics, icons, logos and service names are are (or in the process of being) registered trademarks, copyright, trade or service marks of ours. All other trademarks or service marks within this website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, and/or our name or any third-party content.
You are solely responsible for obtaining written permission before reusing any material that is available on this website. Any unauthorized use of any materials appearing on this website, including content submitted by third parties, may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW which are in force from time to time and both you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW for determining any dispute concerning these Terms.
